One of the key parties of Ibiza is back at the best club in the world, every Wednesday from 18th June to 24th September. Ibiza Calling, the party celebrating its seventh season, has always been unique from the others, by sharing Electronic Dance Music with progressive influences. This summer Ibiza Calling will bring some new focus on artists like the German producer, ATB, ground breaking DJ John Dahlbäck, Chicago duo Krewella, new EDM sensation DJ BL3ND and swiss Mike Candys. Two Dutch heavy hitters, R3HAB and Quintino, will join the party alongside Nicky Romero, one of the best DJ's in the world, according to DJ Mag.
Essential residents, Camilo Franco, Gelab and Ramon Castells will be back to play Ibiza Calling, putting together a first level roster for Wednesdays in the world famous Playa D’en Bossa club.
ATB has 6 dates and will be a regular for Ibiza Calling. Real name André Tanneberger, already boasts a 15-year career, 9 albums and 2 compilations. A few months ago, this German DJ and producer, released his anticipated 9th album, titled 'Contact', which proves the excellence of one of the most respected and talented artists on the dance music scene.
July 23rd will be the first visit of DJ BL3ND. After his incredible performance, at the 'Opening Fiesta', May 25th, this masked demon DJ has very quickly become an idol of the masses, thanks to his energetic shows based on the connection between himself and the audience.
On the other hand, John Dahlbäck has come a long way since releasing his first single at 15-years old. Now the proud owner of the label, Dahlbäck Records, his popularity has increased greatly. He has even done remixes for artists such as Lady Gaga and the rapper, 50 Cent.
Krewella are an Electro-Pop Dubstep American duo. After shaking the electronic scene, in 2012 with their EP 'Play Hard', they are planning to release their first album with Columbia Records, this summer. Yasmine and Kris will preview their work to Ibiza Calling's lucky audience on three dates: July 9th and 16th and August 6th.
One of Ibiza Calling’s most prominent guest artists is Nicky Romero, who has been number 1 in the UK music charts; with his single 'I Could be the one'. His original EDM, mixed with House influences, has made him reach the top of the world’s most respected Dance Music stations. Furthermore, this young DJ and producer has worked with big names such as Tiësto, Calvin Harris, David Guetta and Avicii.
The Chainsmokers, artists of the hit 'Selfie', Cazzette, Project46, Yellow Claw, Sidney Samson, Sick Individuals and Hard Rock Sofa are some of the artists that will complete the Ibiza Calling line-up, destined to make history this 2014 season.
