175 million Euros, over 2.500 people working directly or indirectly in music and more than 150 creators are enough reasons to launch Ibiza as the finest and greatest music location. In this context and supported by the Spanish Government, IBIZA MUSIC ISLAND (IMI) is born, a cluster that will work to consolidate Ibiza as the capital of musical innovation.
DJs, radio stations, producers, clubs, record labels… All kind of professional, business and public institutions are able to be part of IMI. An open-minded and very innovative project that will contribute to transform the tourism concept of Ibiza by changing its productive structure; a musical structure that won’t consume territory and also be an added value.
So then, reinventing the island together with the knowledge and experience of many years living for music is the base of a project that’s very welcome to the island to everyone that has something to say in music industry.
Space Ibiza has joined the IMI as one of most prestigious and solid clubs of all five continents.
IMI was launched last May and one of its biggest goals is to create the Ibiza Music School.
