Kehakuma is back! The oriental-inspired fiesta that guards a strict policy of only the hottest (or coolest!) artists from the underground scene, will again deliver the international electronic sound du jour and takes place every Thursday from 2nd June until 29th September. And we're pleased to announce the confirmation of the Grand Opening....

Leading the line will be Kehakuma's most regular performer, and one who has been involved in the project since the very first party in 2009. Nick Curly's grooving, abyss deep house has become synonymous with the calibre of electronic music to be expected for this party. The Mannheim producer returns to his summer home of Space Ibiza after successfully completing a world tour that has taken him quite literally to every corner of the globe. Amed with new releases on his imprint Cécille Records, which along with his other label 8 Bit, are recognised as two of the most consistent and popular contemporary labels, Curly will again be a mainstay of the Kehakuma experience in 2011.

Simon Baker, from the Air London stable like Curly, marks 2011 with his debut album, 'Traces' on the acclaimed 2020 Vision label out of his hometown of Leeds, UK. A frequent visit to Kehakuma in 2010, Baker is a renowned party starter and can count himself as one of the most influential and respected new-breed UK producers of the last decade. Joining them will be Maya Jane Coles, who represents just how firmly on the pulse the Kehakuma finger is! The young Londoner has been a revelation in the past 12 months, quickly becoming one of the most talked about and in-demand artists around, most notably thanks to the success of her track 'What They Say' on Real Tone Records in October 2010. Expect tough beats that belie her 23 years.

Also featuring for this season opener will be Romania Mihai Popoviciu, considered one of the best electronic music producers in Eastern Europe, in no small part thanks to his stellar releases on labels such as International Deejay Gigolos, Highgrade and Level Non Zero. In addition, Soulphiction - aka Jackmate (or real name Michael Baumann) - will play a live set of his trademark no-nonsense dubby, funkin' house, the type that has seen his productions grace the pinnacle of underground labels such as Perlon, Poker Flat, Playhouse and Sonar Kollektiv. Making this wholesome line-up even more complete is Axel Boman, a breakthrough Swedish producer in 2010, whose productions have garnered support from the likes of DJ Koze, Magda and Seth Troxler and lead to a slew of suitors for his talents, including Permanent Vacation, Moodmusic and Hypercolour, all of which represent fothcoming releases in 2011.

Earlybird tickets are available now for this delectable slice of electronic music purity, now firmly established as one of the must-do stops for underground connaisseurs in Ibiza.
