COME TOGETHER MIXING STYLES EVERY THURSDAY Featured

Thursday night’s party at Space, COME TOGETHER, continues to pursue the fusion of varied music styles combining “Live” bands and performances together with dance club music. In this last occasion, we had the pleasure of experiencing Leftfields impacting show, the emblematic British band from the 90´s and endorser of electronic music together with groups like Orbital, Chemical Brothers or Underworld, reunited once again, after 8 years, to bring us a representation of their greatest hits; mixing progressive house beats with drops of dub and reggae tunes and a clear tendency towards the electronic genre. Neil Barnes, founder of the group in 1989, turned up with 4 musicians, with both analogical and digital gear alternating with last generation traditional instruments and in the company of 5 vocalists which gave voice to songs like Not Forgotten, More Than I Know, Release the Pressure, Songs of Life, Original or the Afro-Left hit in what was a pure visual exhibition with espectacular ilumination and projections. It was a fascinating concert which continued, session after session, with out barely giving any gaps in between songs.

In the Terrace Pendolum´s dj set (EL Hornet) in the company of MC Verse revolutionised the audience with his Drum & Bass rhythms and the intensity of his session, additionally we were also able to enjoy set from Justin Robertson, Digitalism and Subfocus with MC I.D or Chase & Status with MC Rage.

Next Thursday we will have another pioneering band, the electronic Faithless who will be bringing us his Sound System and Steve Aoki, Don Diablo, Dr. Lektroluv and Maxi Jazz and all vocalist of Faithless, Cesar Marveille, Rudolph and also Meganite hosting with Mauro Picotto, Karotte, Gabry Fasano and live acts from Curtis & Estrade.
