Good times indeed for Luciano these days: the Cadenza man has been nominated again this year as Best Tech House DJ at the official DJ Awards 2015. Winning for 4 times out 5 in the latest editions, Luciano looks forward to the ceremony which will be held in Ibiza at the end of September. Voting has begun already, so you can cast your vote now!

Created back in 1998, the The DJ Awards is a non-profit organization that continues to remain the original DJ poll dedicated to the Electronic Music Culture, reaching out to a worldwide audience with support from the music industry and media. So great to have this event in Ibiza every year…

With these big news creating some excitement in the Vagabundos camp, everyone was in high spirits last night on the Terrace at Space Ibiza: Luciano himself kicked ass during his energetic 3 hour set, with a load of killer tracks heavy on bass frequencies that hit hard where it feels good. Nice to see the crowd bouncing around on the dance floor!

Original House Gangster DJ Sneak was the special guest: his signature funky filtered disco-influenced House and tough, jacking beats sent everyone crazy throughout his non-stop beat bumpin’ set. A style lesson from the Maestro who has kept this genre alive over the last 20 years or so.

Warm up by Valentino Kanzyani: the Slovenian Techno virtuoso gave us some previews of what’s coming next from him on Cadenza. Some tasty teasers of his new tracks, scheduled to come out in the next months on Luciano’s label.

Carl Craig and his Detroit Love party hosted the Main Room for the second time this season: with a list of guests who included the legendary “Mad” Mike Banks, Robert Hood, Moritz Von Oswald and Mirko Loko, the Motor City pioneer once more brought to Ibiza a good chunk of Techno history, welcoming on stage some of the purest artists who have helped shape this movement along the years. Truly a night to remember.

Next Wave Ibiza took over the Sunset Room with Nicolas Lutz B2B Binh: a masterful selection of mysterious beats, lunar landscapes and murky seas, slow and sensual. Also on the bill Ryan O’Gorman: the Vitalik label head didn’t disappoint, and his mix of emotive sounds and Deep vibes was the perfect counterpart to the other players’s selection.

Buy your tickets for Vagabundos at Space Ibiza and enjoy the sets of Luciano, Michel Cleis and more artists on next July 19th.
